Edges were a little bent, had to straighten them out. Once I did that they went together nicely. Used aluminium tape to help hold it together and stop leaks.

Only one out of three ducts could be assembled. I scrapped two of them. The formed sheet metal seam was to small and the the edges would not fit together. POOR MANUFACTURING QUALITY CONTROL.

I purchased 3. Two of them were poorly bent and it took me 45 min. each to assemble. I had to fix the edges and make tools to put them toguether. The one with clean bents came toguether in less than 3 min. Manufacturer has horrible Q.C.

The product was of good quality However, I will not be ordering this item again. The product was packed loosely without any protection for the more delicate ends of the sheetmetal. After the heavy package was stood on end and otherwise handled in transit, the ducts arrived damaged. Lesson learned
