How to use and matters needing attention:
①Before use, the stones, sand and other debris in the peanut/sesame must be removed.
②Remove the peanut skin to make peanut butter better.
③Do not rinse with water. If washing with water, please use a hair dryer to dry the machine.
④Before use, apply edible oil between the two grinding wheels. Adjust the handle to leave a gap between the grinding wheels.
⑤Adjust the lever to control the cutting speed.
⑥Turn on the power switch. Observe whether the motor rotates normally. If the motor does not work, turn off the power, and then turn the handle clockwise one turn.
⑦Adjust the handle (counterclockwise) until you hear a slight friction sound (indicating that the wheels have touched).
⑧ Work for 3-5 minutes to observe whether the peanut butter/tahini is too hot and whether it smokes. If so, please adjust the handle (adjust the direction of rough grinding).
⑨After turning off the power, wait until the machine stops completely, then open the cover and clean the machine.
