1914 Motordrome Motorcycle Original Program Point Breeze Park Philadelphia RARE!Fantastic original, vintage antique 1914 motordrome motorcycle racing program from Point Breeze Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Point Breeze Park was an amusement resort in Philadelphia in the early 1900's.
The motordrome track had a seating capacity of 8000, with the grandstand surrounding the entire track.
Some of the most famous motorcycle racers of the era from the United States and around the world raced that day, including Ernie Pye (Australia), Joe Reeber (Newark, NJ), Carlo Vanoni (Italy), Billy Armstrong, Joe Pancoast and Herman Veditz (Philadelphia, PA), and Martin Kessler (New York).
The 4 page cardboard program measures 7" x 11" and has a great motordrome graphic on the front. It is in nice overall condition, with a handful of small edge chips, tears and paper loss on the bottom edge of the program, and some marks, toning and light foxing on the edges. This is a very rare early motordrome program! 9.00 shipping in the USA.
