1973 Lancia Fulvia 1300 S. 5 speed,Girling discs.
This car has been in Greece all its life and has a great history.
It was ordered new from the factory with a specially ordered lightened crank in December 1973 by Thomas Mauros,the legendary,famous and beloved football player of AEK football club as well as Panionios football club.
His goal scoring record in Greece has still never been surpassed.
Mr Mauros owned and enjoyed the car for 12 years before selling it in 1985. After a couple of owners it was purchased by another well known car aficionado in 1999.
Mr Leonidas Zekakos who was also president of FILPA the well known Greek old car club
Mr Zekakos was also a well known car collector,accomplished racing driver and the official Lamborghini importer in the 60’s and 70’s.
He was a personal friend of Ferrucio Lamborghini who actually invited him to Sant’Agata where Zekakos broke the time record around the track in a Lamborghini Miura. No mean feat!!
Zekakos who had a soft spot for this particular vehicle took part in many classic rallies during his ownership as well as the historic Monte Carlo rally in 2000.

The car has recently been purchased by myself from the widow of Mr Zekakos
I have serviced it,put new pirellis all round and it starts and drives great. I’ve personally done about 100kms in it with no issues. It has passed kteo (Greek MOT),all fees have been paid and it has proper Greek plates.
It has never fully been restored but has been maintained and touched up for driving.
Although not perfect,it is in good mechanical condition with cosmetics such as paint,scratches and other small
imperfections showing like battle scars earned in its storied life. The photos show it all and nothing is purposely hidden or covered up to mislead. A very honest car and a great opportunity for the person in the know.
These cars are now fetching anything from 15 to 50k (none with history like this),so the next owner can choose to fully restore it as a show piece or keep as is and use it. The fact remains that it can never lose value and can only increase.
The car is in Greece but I will deliver it to Europe or the States for the buyer and register and title it at my cost
