A vintage American Legion bronze watch fob on leather strap. It pictures The Maine State Capitol and reads "37th Annual Convention Dept. of Maine. Augusta June 17-19, 1955." The fob measures 1-1/2" x 1-5/8" and it is attached to a leather strap measuring 10" long overall. The back identifies the manufacturer as The Whitehead & Hoag Co., Newark, N.J. ​ It shows only minor wear to the finish from age/handling, condition is very good, see photos.
