L-Track Massage Function
The L-Track massage function provides support to both the neck and back, especially the lumbar area. This position increases the effects of a massage as it enables each disc of your spine to individually separate and decompress, allowing nutrients to enter disc tissue. Rollers in this track starts in the neck and follows the full extension until the buttocks.
Zero Gravity Massage
Inspired by NASA technology, the
Zero Gravity position
is the perfect position to enjoy a massage. It's designed to align your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage. This feature improves spinal decompression and decreases muscle tension of the spine. There are 2 stages of zero gravity, the 2nd being more reclined. When reclined fully, to where your legs are higher than your heart level, the therapeutic effects are incredibly effective and may be felt immediately.
Auto Recline
Simply press the recline button on the remote and the chair will automatically recline and rise. The legs and backrest move independently from each other which allows you to achieve your desired position.
Foot Roller Massage
Located on the bottom of the feet are 2 rows of spinning reflexology massagers that provide a soothing kneading style application. As the rollers spin they stimulate acupuncture points and as the air bags inflate they will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.
Heating Function on Back
Placed in the lower back region of the chair are
2 heating pads

The TP- Pro 8400 remote clearly demonstrates what functions the chair has activated. There is also a flip down cover to access the manual functions of the chair. The remote allows you to select the massage type, intensity, speed and location. You can also independently select the area of airbag massage. The manual mode massage includes

- The air intensity of the air bags can be controlled up to 5 levels, from mild to strong.

Leg Adjustments
The foot portion of the chair is mounted to a spring action track that extends out when pressure is applied. Regardless of the reclined position, your feet will always be massaged using an advanced air massage system.​
Arm and Hand Massage
Multiple air bags
are located on the top and bottom of the forearm that inflate to apply a compression massage.​
Calf and Foot Massage
There are multiple air bags along the sides and back of both the legs and feet which inflate and apply a compression massage. Located along the bottom, feet massagers are spinning rollers that apply a concentrated pin-point kneading massage.

RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.
PAYMENTS: If using PAYPAL we can only ship to the address listed on the PAYPAL payment. E-mails requesting us to ship to another address will not be received in time and the order will only be shipped to the address listed on the payment. For credit card payments we can only ship to an address listed on the credit card as a valid ship to address.
PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom. No third party pickups (having someone else pick up an item you paid for).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back to us), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Showroom/Used Osaki Massage Chairs include a 90 Day In-Home Parts and Labor Warranty.  New Osaki massage chairs come with a 3/2/1 Limited warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). New Osaki Massage Chairs have a 3 year structural warranty, 2 year parts warranty and a one year in home service warranty (Continental USA only).  The one year In-Home warranty covers all parts and labor.  Years 1-2 cover the parts only.  The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer.  For remote and island addresses the warranty is for parts only.  Hawaii and Puerto Rico will only have a parts warranty.  There are no In-Home Service Technicians for Osaki in these remote locations.  Chairs are packed for shipping and require only very minor assembly.
