    Canada Stamp # 11 Used VF/XF - Queen Victoria 1/2d Half Penny - Pence Issue (1858)
    This 164 year old is Canada's very first perforated stamp. Super nice early classic, a very *RARE* stamp, in unusually great condition. A well centered, 'wide' margined beauty, with a 4 Ring and pen cancel.
    Quote from the Unitrade Canada catalogue on the rare #11, 12 and 13 of the Pence Issue.
    “Well-centered VF copies of this issue are extremely rare and seldom offered for sale. VG is the average quality for the perforated pence #11-13. Perfs almost always cut into the outer framelines of the designs because of the very narrow margin between stamps."
