Warranty
Dynamic Radiator will replace our product should a customer experience a manufacturer’s defect. Only new products sold by Dynamic Radiators directly will be warrantied. We suggest that our products be professionally installed. The warranty is voided if our products are altered or modified, except for modifying mounting points. Please handle your radiator with care. The warranty policy does not pass upon transfer of any vehicle with an Dynamic Radiator. product. Shipping is free for warranty claims within 30 days. After that buyer is responsible for all shipping on warranty claims. After year one, the buyer is responsible for a prorated fee of 10% per year if a warranty is granted. No radiators will be warrantied due to external forces such a rock chip.

Returns

Return Window: You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Any styrofoam padding and bubble wrap must be in place. Please beware that items that are not returned in sellable condition will be charged a 20% restoring fee. Buyer pays for return shipping. If you would like to request a shipping label from us, the label cost will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be processed when return is delivered to our warehouse. Please provide tracking number for returned package.

Most radiators are manufactured with thicker cores than your OEM/Factory radiator to provide more cooling surface, more coolant capacity, and more flow . Minor modifications may be required for installation. Professional installation is highly recommended. If you are not sure about a product, please consult with your local mechanic before purchase.
