I personally obtained these signatures
after the October 6, 2011 Massey Hall concert in Toronto at the aftershow party.
See pictures for autographs and a photo of the band at the aftershow party (I cropped out Kevin LaBrie's mom in the lower front part of photo...no, really, she was there for her first Dream Theater show!).
I purchased this CD brand-new prior to the concert with the sole intention of having the band sign the CD sleeve.
The CD has never been played but obviously I had to open it to obtain their signatures.
The CD and case appear to still be like new while all the signatures are intact.
The photos show the ticket stub and aftershow pass...these only help prove I was there but these two items are NOT included.

Continental United States/Canada - shipping is .99 for this auction.
All shipments within the Continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii will be via Canada Post.
All shipments within Canada will be via Purolator...Canadian buyers MUST provide an actual physical mailing address where Purolator can deliver to, a day-time phone number AND someone must be at your location to sign when Purolator delivers.

I will only ship to "anywhere else in the world besides Canada and the USA" if you are willing to pay for Tracking.

I will never ship to Italy again, no matter what, so please don't even ask.
Payment
I accept PayPal as the preferred method of payment, contact me PRIOR TO BIDDING if you do not use PayPal.
