    Edwards Spectron 600T Veeco MS-40 Vacuum Leak Detector
    Turbo pumped with external Edwards RV8 Mechanical pump.
    ER600T External Roughing Kit included
    The system needs service.   Turbo pulls to 1.7 E-4 Torr.  However, there is a suspected leak in one of the solenoid valves.  Unable to tune the system.
    The system is sold "AS IS" Parts only.
