Description

These green limpet shells are sold in bags of 100 shells.
Green limpets, also referred to as half-white limpets, are found on rocks in intertidal waters in areas of West Mexico to Ecuador. These pretty green limpet shells are teal green in color and have a polished interior.
As these are a natural product you will find some of the shells a bit paler or white.
Shell Size: 1/2" to 1 1/4" long
Weight of 100/bag: 86.2 grams or 0.19 pounds (approximate)
Genus and species: Sutorria mesoleuca. Wild.
Product of Mexico.
A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
