    Description

    This is a hafnium-silicon Hf/Si 50/50 atomic % sputtering target. Dimensions are 4.1" diameter x 7mm thick. We will cut this down to any smaller size that you specify for no additional cost. We can even cut it to 2 each 2.0" diameter targets if you desire.
    The target is new, degreased and vacuum sealed.
