Description
HMS Victory Wooden Tall Ship Model 1765, Admiral Horatio Nelson. New ConditionHMS Victory is a 104-Gun, first-rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, ordered in 1758, laid down in 1759 and launched in 1765. She is best known for her role as Lord Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar on 21, October 1805.
She additional served as Keppel's flagship at Ushant, Howe's flagship at Cape Spartel and Jervis's flagship at Cape St. Vincent. After 1824 she was relegated to the role of harbor ship.
In 1922, she was moved to a dry dock at Portsmouth, England, and preserved as a museum ship. She has been the flagship on the First Sea Lord since October 2012 and is the world's oldest naval ship still in commission with 241 years of service in 2019.

The ship is made of all kinds of precious wood, an anchor made of iron, and also a large number of brass details. The master worked to make the model as close to the original as possible. All natural materials were used in constructing the model. The sails are made with natural, cotton, fabric.
As a gift of the model, there is a special protective case made from glass. This case protects from dust and damage. A stand is also provided in the form of a coffee table on wheels.
The item is massive and heavy (weight is about 40 KG, due to glass and metal from which the case the and table are constructed from.
The scale of the ship id 1:98, hull size 0.90 m, height of the masts is about 0.8m. Dimensions of the glass case is 1.15m x 0.85m x 0.4 m.
