    This ebay Buy-It-Now offering provides (1) NEW Ingersoll Rand 1710B-329 reverse valve body with screws, bezels and new sealing rings.
    These are the same parts that are used for and will work with Ingersoll Rand model 261, 3/4" drive and 271, 1" drive models. These parts may also fit other IR models.
    The new style IR1710B-329 valves are full flow reverse and forward position valves. That means that they are not going to adjust the air flow to the tool. You have to add an external air regulator on the airline to control or limit the torque output of your tool. Ingersoll Rand eliminated adjustable regulator valves more than 10 years ago. They still indicate to their customers in their printed literature about how end users of the IR261 and IR271 air wrenches can regulate their tool torque output by the rotation of the reverse valve. This is not true information and it is misleading.
