The nameplate was purchased directly from the Dallas Cowboys and then the autograph was obtained.
The nameplate has some damage. It is my opinion that the nameplate was pulled off the locker and broke in half. It also chipped a piece out of the bottom and top right corner (SEE PICTURES).
The autograph was obtained at a private signing in November 2014. The autograph is authenticated with a Witten Gamebreaker Hologram.
The picture of the Valley Ranch Locker Room is for reference only, I am not implying that this specific nameplate was on the locker when the picture was taken.
