Refillable Wind Resistant Torch Flame
Lighters. These lighters measure approx.
2-3/4" x 1-1/4". These lighters have a
child safety lock in place so the kids
can't open them easily.
This lot has a retail value of over 8.00.
To comply with shipping regulations these
lighters are shipped with no butane. They
are easily filled with butane available at
any big box store.
