Panasonic Phono-8 track-receiver Model SE-5808 works except 8 track & dial lite

Overall very great cosmetic condition, the only real blemish is something on the dust cover, not sure how to describe it, it's not bad but I always mention any cosmetic imperfections, again it's not very distracting at all, enlarge the photo and you may be able to see it but the rest of the dust cover is fine, no cracks or bad scratches. The phono works perfectly, record drops and stylus moves and drops properly then returns when done, I cleaned all the hardened grease and re-greased everything and have tested it very thoroughly, am/fm radio works fine of course but the station dial light is out.
Now the 8 track player I don't know if it needs a belt or what, usually that all that's wrong with them and I usually can change them pretty easily but on this one I'm just not sure how to get to the belt and I'd hate to mess it up with my trial and error attempt, there's a video on youtube of someone working on this model but the didn't show how to get into that area but they did it easily just wish they'd shown that part!
Both speaker out puts worked and so do both of the 'remote' speaker out puts. This is of course being sold "AS IS" so do not order it unless you plan to do any needed repairs or maintenance yourself and of course if you don't care about the 8 track part of it, you'll have a nice functional record player receiver!
