    Description

    We have one silicon alloy sputter target of unknown composition:
    Dimensions are 4.75" x 22" x 0.25". This is a standard size.
    The weight of the target is 1400g, which means it has a density of 3.4g/cc. Therefore, it is not PURE silicon, since that has a density of 2.33g/cc. It is scribed "AS DEPOSITED SI..." We don't know what that means, or what alloy of silicon this is likely to be (Si3N4? SiC?) If you think you know, or if you have anaytical capabilities, this could be a sweet deal for you!
