This is an aluminum-nickel sputtering target (Al/Ni 22.3/77.7 wt%), 99.99% pure. Certification of analysis provided.
The dimensions are 2.00" diameter x 5mm thick. It has some surface defects, as seen in the photo, which is why the price is already heavily discounted. It is still warranted to be functional, or you can return it for a full refund.
