    Description

    We have tantalum sputtering targets in stock at 1.30" diameter. The purity is 99.95% and they come with a certificate of analysis.
    There are two targets: one measures 1.3" diameter x 0.2" thick, and is tapped with a 4-40 threaded hole suitable for use with a Meivac MiniMak gun. The other measures 1.3" diameter x 0.125" thick and is not yet tapped.
