    Description

    This is a pure tellurium sputter target, 99.999% pure. Certificate of analysis included.
    The dimensions are 3.00" diameter x 0.125" thick. It comes bonded to a copper backing plate with a 6-32 hole on the back suitable for a Meivac Mighty Mak system.
    The Te is very high purity and was cast in a vacuum-arc furnace, which is why it has the large grain size visible in the photograph.
