We currently have -3- of these to sell & they came in from the Federal Goverment marked as working. Sorry we have no way to test them before shipping. Price per unit as pictured. Local buyers are welcome to inspect this in our warehouse before purchasing. Also local buyers can pick this up themselves. Sorry we can not accept Paypal if buyer picks this up themselves.
