Yanni’s breakthrough commercial success came with the 1994 release of his album and video, “Yanni Live at the Acropolis,” which was filmed at the 2,000-year-old Herod Atticus Theater, in Athens, Greece. It has almost continuously remained on the charts since its release and is the second best-selling music video of all time, selling more than 7 million copies worldwide.
